My Review
This was great installment of this series. I
always think that I have these things figured out before starting them, but am
way off every single time and I LOVE it. I was drawn into this book fairly
quick and could not put it down. I admit, at first the back and forth of the
Past and Present threw me off. But I quickly was able to see what was going on.
I'm not even sure I know how to review this book
without spoiling it. So much goes on and none of it was expected. Though I will
admit that once I figured out some things I was able to make some guesses and
some of them were right.
Dee finds that her passion for killing has caught
up to her. The story flips between the past and the present as we try to piece
together what happened and why Deanna is arrested. There are twists and turns
and lots of things that I didn't see coming. I still have so many things I want
to know. Jeremy, Mike, Dr. Derek, they are all back and my questions
surrounding them continue. I know I was left wondering one thing at the end of
the book, is this the last we will see of Deanna Madden and if not where will
she take us next?
